The SCAD – Student Career & Alumni Development - Office of the German University in Cairo - GUC – is determined in creating a link between the Industry and the University for the Students’ welfare. Therefore the SCAD office organized its first “Employer Convention” for Human Resource members of interested industries on Sunday 24th February 08.
The aim of the convention was to introduce the GUC Study Programs and the importance of fostering an Internship program.

The SCAD office was very pleased with the outcome of the Employer convention and many were interested in developing their in-house Internship Program as well as participating in 2008 Internship & Employment Fair by securing both Internship/job opportunities for the Alumni of 2008.
