To continue the success that the G.U.C. has reached till now we encourage our students to join our staff in achieving their personal and professional goals and to work together to strengthen this success. In the G.U.C. we enjoy an environment in which everybody accepts his responsibilities to contribute to the success of the university and to be empowered to do that. We trust our staff and students to make decisions and we trust our students to work hard in a disciplined manner to contribute positively to the development of our university. We value teamwork in everything we do, and of course effective teams require understanding. That is why in order to achieve our mission all of us «faculties, staff, and students» respect and take pride in one another. We all work together to provide for our students an effective art of education to increase their skills and knowledge. The graduation projects and theses done by our students last year show a high practical application of knowledge by the students and faculty, and their work with our partner German universities through their different trips to Germany was a complete success with a multicultural experience.

We work together, to build a top quality and sustainable research work through: creating and enabling research environment, improving incentives to access and use technology and motivating people in our society to invest in R&D by enforcing the relation between G.U.C. and the industries.

We are asking our graduates to deliver to their society better quality of life and to be active citizens and leaders in their society. We ask them to build a G.U.C. Alumni with knowledge and skills at levels that satisfy their image in social and economic aspirations and who are responsible to be productive and good citizens with sustainable and continuous relation to the G.U.C.

We are committed to the continuous improvement of our systems through the strategic planning, team work, critical thinking, initiative-taking and creativity. Such factors are responsible for the continuous development of GUC to put it in the list of the top ranked universities in the world.

At the end we continuously measure our progress towards the goals we set because if we are supposed to accomplish, we should be more than serious about whether we are actually succeeding.
